Thank you for thinking of us when you discovered a potential mold issue in your home. Our office staff fully informed you that we charge for this service when they spoke to you on the phone to schedule the appointment. You declined the service and informed us you would punish us with a bad review. Considering that we never worked for you, I find this situation unsettling. It is my professional opinion that reviews are designed to rate the experience when you HIRE a service provider. To all reviewers- You did not hire us, we never came to your home. This company is very proud of the mold removal work we are known for. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to not only remove mold, but investigate where/how/why it originated and what proper measures can be executed to alleviate the stress of the mold returning weeks/months later. These measures are not handled in a simple 15 minute estimate. We charge $125 to perform this mold investigation, provide a report with estimate included, and provide education to the client with steps to keep their home with the highest/cleanest quality of air possible.

BEWARE! Just purchased a fixer up. I wanted them to come by and give me a quote on mold remediation. They wanted to Charge $118.00 just to take a look at property. I spoke to someone earlier in the day. They told me they would call to schedule an appointment. They said nothing about charging for quote.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WS NORTH! 3 hours late showing up first of all. Guys stood around while the homeowner helped unload equipment. They also overcharged me and were 2 days late picking up equipment. Would for sure go some place else next time. Horrible....

Highly impressed by Serve Pro North, particularly the professionalism and integrity of the manager, Zach. Zach was highly responsive to our immediate need for help with basement flooding, and was extremely transparent and honest. He did not try to oversell any services and provided us with a comprehensive list of only the most necessary work that needed to be done. His estimate was highly competitive to other smaller contractors and was a pleasure to work with. Very impressed!
